About the title: “Flux” is one of my favorite words, and well aren’t we always in a state of change?
Anyway it's amazing that somebody can get the same parking spot day after day. I'm assuming there's a street cleaning schedule so this guy can't just be parked there forever. So he, or she, either works at night or has lot's of help moving the car. See, this is what you think about when you've had a car for a zillion years.
